What is a Monthly membership?
A Monthly Member will be charged a member fee on the date you sign up for the length of their membership (plus any applicable taxes). CGG Club members are automatically entered into all giveaways.
When will my first shirt arrive?
The initial order will not ship until the beginning of the next month. For example, You join May 15th, your 1st tee will ship first week of June. Our club shirts are paid a month in advance, which allows us to ensure that we have every club member covered each month.
What is the tee information?
The tee is the CGG Perfect tee! SUPER SOFT, lightweight with the perfect amount of stretch! Please see size recommendations here.
Can I substitute for a tank top?
YES! Any month you would rather have a tank or hoodie tank, just let us know by the 15th of the month prior to the delivery date of the 1st and your good!
How do I change my Address, Payment info, or Shirt size?
We ask if you could please email or directly on your membership account to update your information. Please note: DO NOT SEND ANY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION OVER EMAIL OR LIVE CHAT! We will send you a link to update your account directly at carrygirlgear.com
NOTE: Size and address changes need to be completed by the 14th of the month or they will not be in effect until the following month's delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer the club to ship internationally, BUT WE WILL SOON!
How do I enter into the giveaways?
ALL ACTIVE Club members are automatically entered into EVERY giveaway!
When does my membership expire?
We would absolutely hate to lose your from the CGG TEE CLUB Family, but if you need to cancel please contact us. Your membership does not expire unless you choose to retire your membership. We also allow the option to skip a month or 2 instead of canceling! (Contact Customer Service for more info on this at cggservice@carrygirl.com) Please note that Monthly Subscription members have agreed to a 3 month commitment or there will be a charge of a $20 early cancellation fee.
Will I be able to see what the newest shirt looks like before I receive it?
IT’S A SURPRISE! As this is an exclusive item available only to CGG TEE Club Members, we do not release images of the shirt before it ships. We can assure you that our highly talented staff of FEARLESS female graphic designers will create a unique shirt you will not find anywhere else.
Do I get to choose which shirt I get?
No you do not. CGG TEE CLUB is a surprise shirt delivered to your door every month.
What if I have a shirt that I cannot wear due to vulgarity or just do not wish to wear it?
If you ever get a bad ass, exclusive, one of a kind shirt that just doesn’t work with your lifestyle; send it back and we will get it exchanged with a shirt of equal or lesser value from our shop.
How do I cancel my membership?
We would hate to lose you from the CGG TEE CLUB family, but all you have to do is contact us and we can cancel your account.
*Note: Monthly subscriptions members agreed to a 3 month commitment or will be charged a $20 early cancellation fee

We hear you loud & clear, sizes are all over the place these days! To ensure you get the best fit we suggest you read the product fit notes and information on every product page which provides specific measurements. Our NEW CGG Perfect Tees are women's cut tees and we offer a broad range of sizes to fit every girl. Our tees come in so many colors and are longer in the body, allowing you to easily conceal. We recommend all our tees to size up for a more relaxed look. We also offer unisex sizes now too! These tees are longer in the body and sleeves.

We try our best and work our butts off to get you your orders asap! We print all out apparel to order, so once your order is placed- we print, quality check and package with love. Our normal fulfillment is approx. 5-6 biz days biz day once your order is placed. After we package your CGG gear we use USPS and Fed ex to get it to you as fast as possible! Shipping times vary but average 2-4 days for US domestic and 10-15 days international. ***PLEASE ADD AN ADDITIONAL 3-4 DAYS DURING NOVEMBER & DECEMBER HOLIDAY MONTHS

Once you've ordered, you'll be directed to an order confirmation page containing your order number. You'll also receive a confirmation email with the items you've purchased, your order total and the billing and delivery address. Please double-check everything is correct and contact us as soon as possible if anything's wrong. Once the CGG Team has processed your order, you'll receive a second email to let you know your order has been shipped and to provide you with a tracking number.
*CGG is a small biz and Custom Shop - Because of this, we do not stock our warehouse full of pre-fabricated inventory. All our products are printed in real-time based on orders, based on real customer demand, which allows us to keep our inventory levels low. This help us to be able to offer our products at such affordable pricing and in lots of styles.
