Refund policy
Exchanges:
All eligible CGG items can be exchanged for a different size when requested within 10 days of receipt of your item. If you are unsure if your item can be exchanged, please refer to the list under "Items NOT Eligible for Return/Exchange", below.

Please mail your exchange/return within 3 days of contacting us. Once your item has been received by our shipping department, allow up to five business days for us to process your request.

CARRY GIRL GEAR is not responsible for return shipping. We will, however, be happy to ship your new item on us!
Returns and Cancellations:
We do allow returns of eligible items. We must be notified within 7 days of the receipt of the item. Please refer to the list under "Items NOT Eligible for Return/Exchange", below. To qualify for a return, your item must not have been worn, washed, or used.
We also allow cancellations, but as each item is custom made to order, this must be requested within 24 hours of the order being placed.

CGG is not responsible for return shipping. We do not refund shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective within an *intact package, please let us know immediately. We are happy to replace the item if requested within 3 days of receipt of the item. Please email a picture of the defect, as well as your order number and name for processing to cggservice@carrygirl.com. Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Items NOT Eligible for Return/Exchange:
Gift Cards, Sale Collection Products, Limited Edition Items, Custom event or group apparel, Hats, & drinkware.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
*International Orders cannot be returned.
*If the item is listed as final sale at the time of purchase, it will not be eligible for a return.
*International orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
*We do not accept returns on Limited/Special Edition or custom items.

All items MUST be unwashed, unworn and in original packaging. (This includes bending of hat bills or shirts that smell like B.O. or perfume/cologne. If an item is deemed unsellable upon inspection, you will not get a refund. Please use common sense.)
